Ordering from Truckee Sourdough

Purpose:

To learn how to place a special order from our bread supplier, Truckee Sourdough, or to make an edit to an existing order or our standing order

Information:

Note: Our standing (repeating orders) are as follows:
Mondays: 50-u 5″ White Hoagies, 1-u Herb Focaccia Sheet, 1-u Marble Rye Loaf, 12-u Hinge-cut Brioche Slider Buns, 12-u Squaw Dinner Rolls
Tuesdays: 70-u 5″ White Hoagies
Thursday: 70-u 5″ White Hoagies, 1-u Herb Focaccia Sheet, 1-u Marble Rye Loaf, 12-u Hinge-cut Brioche Slider Buns
Any new orders or changes to orders need to be placed 2 days prior to the delivery date (i.e. an order for delivery on Friday must be placed by end of day Wednesday)

1. Call Truckee Sourdough at (530) 587-3939
2. When someone picks up, say you’d like “to place an order for Lunch Box Express.”
3. State for which date (it usually takes them a moment to open up the date on their calendar to edit your order)
4. Say how many units, and of what kind of bread. In the past we’ve ordered:
   1. 5″ White Hoagies
   2. 5″ Hinge-cut White Hoagies
   3. 5″ Hinge-cut Wheat Hoagies
   4. 6″ White Steak Buns
   5. Herb Focaccia Sheet
   6. Plain Focaccia Sheet
   7. Sliced Marble Rye Loaf
   8. 6″ Hot dog buns (plain, sesame, or poppyseed)
   9. 4″ Hamburger buns (plain, sesame, or poppyseed)
   10. Hinge-cut Brioche Slider Buns
   11. Squaw Dinner Rolls
   12. Soft Wheat Dinner Rolls
