Ordering from US Foods

Purpose:

To learn how to place an order with US Foods.

Special Considerations:

Orders from US Foods get delivered only on Mondays and Thursdays. You can request special deliveries on different days by contacting our US Foods Sales Rep: Cat Harker (757) 619-1813

Information:

1. Open a new browser window and navigate to: http://www.usfoods.com/order
2. Login using the username: lunchboxchef and password: (see jonathan)
3. Mouse-over the LBE MASTER LIST in the top right corner and click LBE MASTER LIST to order from our typical list of products
   
4. Scroll down the list of products and enter the number of cases of each product you’d like to add to your order.
   
5. When you enter a number into the first item on your order, a window will pop up to confirm which date you’d like to receive the order. The default will be the next Monday or Thursday date.
   
6. Continue to fill out your order until it is complete. A minimum amount of cases to complete an order is 10. When you are finished, click the Review Order button on the right.
   
7. After you review your order and are satisfied, click the Submit button to submit your order.
